Trees do not come down at convenient times. We run a 24 hour callout across Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire for storm damage, trees down on buildings and anything blocking a road or a drive. No call-out charge.
When a tree comes down, call us
Storms, saturated ground and high winds bring trees down with no warning. We keep a crew available 24 hours a day for exactly that, right across Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire.
Call us and we will talk through what has happened, tell you honestly whether it needs dealing with tonight or can safely wait until morning, and get someone out if it cannot wait.
There is no call-out charge. We are NPTC qualified, work to BS 3998 and carry £10 million public liability insurance, which matters when a tree is sitting on somebody's roof.

Trees down on buildings
Trees and large limbs on roofs, conservatories, garages and outbuildings. We rig and dismantle the tree off the structure in controlled sections rather than dragging it clear and adding to the damage.
Blocked drives, access and private roads
Trees across a driveway, a private road or the only way in or out. If the obstruction is on the public highway it is usually the council's job, and we will tell you so rather than charge you for it.
Storm-damaged and unstable trees
Hung-up limbs, split branch unions, partially uprooted root plates and anything leaning that was not leaning yesterday. These are the most dangerous jobs we take on, and not ones to attempt yourself.
Make safe now, finish in daylight
Sometimes the right call at two in the morning is to make the tree safe and come back properly in daylight. We will tell you which of the two you need.
Check who you actually need first
If anyone is hurt or in immediate danger, or a tree has brought down power lines, call 999. We cannot work near live electrical cables.
If a tree is blocking a public road or pavement, your local council normally clears it and will not charge you for it. A tree on your own property is your responsibility, and that is where we come in.
